First of all, as a note of gratitude I thank the author Mrs.Narmadha Kamalakannan for kindling my thoughts and sharpening my aspiration to get back to work. I had attended her book talk and workshop in Chennai Justbooks. I felt emotional to experience the missing details about myself, which the author helped each of us explore.

To be frank, I can honourably say that each & every mother (waiting to work) or working woman (started to work / working for a long time) or even a home-maker can have this book as a pocket dictionary or a reminder logbook. I admirably say this because the contents and the gist of the book are being depicted in such a way that is tantalizing our thoughts, jogging our memory on our born endowments, nurturing our current nature, sculpting our talents and nourishing our in-built energy.
I can relate myself with the book, in each and every aspect of juggling between professional life and personal life. “Money making is different from being ambitious and proving one’s self to our- self” is the greatest thought provoked in me when I read the book. I want to appreciate and applaud the book in three major categories:

1. Questionnaire applicable to all women of all ages and stages of life – I mean even a woman who has retired can be easily motivated through this book to be a free lancer by recognizing her talents
2. Real life examples to relate ourselves with that kind of scenario and find solutions accordingly and accurately
3. The inspirational dogma that she has concluded for each and every dilemma that all women have in various stages of their life is merely relevant for all

I am in awe of the author’s efficacy in writing in the support system element and the triangle balance division. I also got motivated through the trigger the fire theme.
 

Sometimes we have similar opinions and ideas about a topic which is the need of the hour but it is really tough to write them as a book. So I should appreciate and thank this lady for her immense efforts to compile this book. A big salutation to her family who had rendered their greatest support for her ambitious lifestyle.
Writing a book about a story or a personal narrative may be a little easier task when compared to writing elucidation for a real life scenario, I say this because the subject she has taken completely deals with emotions, psychological influences and practical hindrances. In her early thirties, this must be a great & real achievement for the author.

I wish the author “All the Best” to contribute more on this kind of excellent work as her ideologies are more practically applicable. With loads of love and respect, I would recommend each and every woman to read this book at least once in their life time. They can read it again and again as this book substitutes a personal counsellor.
